Compartmentalise

At the beginning of your upkeep, choose a
nonland card type.
Until your next turn, cards you cast of the chosen
type cost {2} less to cast, you may cast spells of
that type as though they had flash and you may
not cast spells of any other card type. This effect
can't reduce the amount of mana a spell costs to
less than one mana.
