Whenever you successfully counter an opponent
spell you may draw a card. If you would draw a
card except the first one you draw in each of
your draw steps, put a fate counter on Complex
Matrix Diagram. You may remove three fate
counters from Complex Matrix Diagram, if you
do, create a 0/1 blue Wall enchantment token
with "Sacrifice this permanent, counter target
spell".
