Enchant creature
At the beginning of your turn, you may put a time counter on enchanted creature. If you do, that creature's activated abilities can't be activated until the beginning of your next turn. If you don't, remove all time counters from enchanted creature. You may activate that creature's activated abilities once each for each time counter removed from enchanted creature. Transform Concealed Magic.
