Concerned Grandparent

At the start of the game, before players draw
cards from their deck, if at least one of your
opponents played against you within the last 15 minutes, you may search your library for a card
named Concerned Grandparent, reveal it, and
put it onto the battlefield. If you search your
library this way, shuffle it.
Each instance of damage dealt to other targets
is reduced to 1. No other permanent can have
this effect.
