When Condemned Relic enters the battlefield or is put into your graveyard from anywhere, each opponent sacrifices a creature with power or toughness 1 or less.
{2}{b}{b}: Condemned Relic becomes a X/X Black Construct creature with Menace until end of turn, where X is the number of permanent cards in all graveyards.
It stands resolute, watching over crumbled ruins.
