Confessor Jiji

Each Regret counter on a creature gives it -1/-1.
As long as you control Confessor Jiji, you can
remove one or more Regret counters at any time.
If a Regret counter is removed from a creature in
any way, regenerate that creature. If Confessor
Jiji leaves play, remove all Regret counters.
