Confused Cactus

Defender, Prickly(Whenever this creature blocks, put a Prickly counter on the creature it blocked, creatures with Prickly counters on them get -0 /-1 for each Prickly counter on them.)
At the beginning of each opponents end step, if Confused Cactus is untapped, tap it, if Confused cactus is tapped, untap it.
