Confused Worm

Whenever you shuffle your library, target player discards a card.
Burrow {1}{b} (You can cast this card from your dirt
zone for its dirt cost.)
Its confused because it doesn't understand why
it's making other people discard. It's actually
because i couldn't think of anything else and i
realized that it was okay that it doesn't fit becasuse it's confused. Do you understand? No? Good.
