Confusion
Glamer {r}{r}(The first nonpermanent red spell you
cast on the turn after this permanent comes into play
costs {r}{r} less to cast.)
When Confusion comes into play, exile the top 4
cards of your library. At the end of your turn,
name a card exiled by Confusion then choose an
exiled card at random. If it's the named card, you
may put it in your hand, then put the rest on the
bottom of your library in any order. Otherwise,
put it on the top or bottom of your library.
