Congress

Congress is an important part of American history. Congress has passed laws such as The Fugitive Slave Acts, The Compromise of 1850, The Kansas-Nebraska Acts, and The Missouri Compromise. Without congress half of the United States of America would be enslaved. Congress can enable any of the acts that congress has passed.
