You may begin the game with Regalia cards
in your command zone.
Note the name of a card you drafted.
During deckbuilding, you may include that card
in your deck regardless of its color identity. You
may spend mana as though it were mana of any
color to cast that card or to activate its abilities.
(Your commander may normally bear only one
of each type of Regalia)
