Conquer The Multiverse

I: Put 2 -1/-1 counters on each non-phyrexian creature
II: Gain control of 3 creatures with a -1/-1
counter for as long as you control Conquer The Multiverse
III: Remove any number of -1/-1 counters
from from creature you control then proliferate
equal to half that number rounded down. Exile Conquer The Multiverse, then return it to the battlefield face up. (see Atraxa)
