As long as your devotion to each color is less than three, Consensia isn’t a creature.

At the beginning of combat on your turn, choose
up to two creatures you control. Then, for each of them, choose a kind of counter that creature
doesn’t have on it from among flying, first strike, deathtouch, lifelink, trample, and vigilance. Put a counter of that kind on that creature.
