Conspiracy Theory

Whenever a permanent you control leaves the
battlefield, put a Bias counter on Conspiracy
Theory.
If Conspiracy Theory has six or more Bias
counters on it, target opponent reveals their
hand. You discard X cards, then draw X cards,
where X is the combined converted mana cost
of cards in that player's hand. Then sacrifice
Conspiracy Theory.
