Constellational Wings

Convoke.
Choose a creature card in your hand and give it
Flash and Haste. If it is a blue card, it gains
+2/+0 until the end of turn when it's played.
The ability is called many things by many people.
Some have called them Astral Wings, others have
called them Starlight Wings. I call them Constellational Wings, because mine resemble constellations in their pattern. They not only provide
the ability of flight, but they permit a much higher
level of Astral Sigil: Speed.
