Constitution of the Werebear

Enchant Human creature that cannot transform.
At the beginning of each upkeep, if an opponent
had another creature with power 4 or more enter
the battlefield or attack this turn, you may have
the enchanted Human transform into a green Werebear creature with its power and toughness doubled.
If the transformed Werebear did not attack last
turn, transform it.
