Construction of Egression

Whenever a creature enters the battlefield, but a charge counter on it.
At the beginning of your upkeep, Construction of Egression deals X damage to each creature. X is equal to the number of charge counters on creatures on the battlefield.
Whenever a nontoken creature dies each turn, exile it if it was dealt damage that turn. If you do, put three age counters on it. It gains suspend.
