Whenever a builder enters the battlefield, put a counter on Construction site.
Remove 4 counters from Construction site:
Create a 2/3 colorless ballista creature
token with defender and a reach counter on it
with "Ready, aim, fire! - Remove a reach counter
from this creature, destroy target creature
with flying".
