Consult the Cards

As an additional cost to cast Consult the Cards,
remove a fate counter from a permanent you
control or pay {2}.
Exile the top card of your library, the bottom
card of your library, and a random card from
your hand face down. Shuffle them together,
then target opponent looks at them then
separates them into a face-down pile and a
face-up pile. Put one pile into your hand and the
other into your graveyard.
