Whenever an opponent discards a card, mills a
card, or loses life, put a +1/+1 counter on
Consumer of Misery.
Consumer of Misery can't attack if it has five or
more +1/+1 counters on it.
{b}{x}, Remove X +1/+1 counters from Consumer
of Misery: Put that many +1/+1 counters on
target creature.
