Consuming Gas

Enchant Player
At the beginning of enchanted players upkeep add a
Charge counter to Consuming Gas.
At the end of enchanted players turn that player
takes 2{x} damage where {x} is the
number of charge counters on Consuming Gas.
Consuming Gas has hexproof if it has more then 2 charge counters.
Consuming Gas has indestructible if it has more
then 4 charge counters.
