Consuming Slime

Consuming Slime enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters on it.
When Consuming Slime deals combat damage or is dealt combat damage by an opponents creature you may remove a +1/+1 counter from it, if you do put a -1/-1 counter on that creature.
