Consumption Plasma

When Consumption Plasma comes into
play, put an ooze counter on every creature.
Creatures with ooze counters on them may
not attack, block, or use activated abilities.
If Consumption Plasma leaves play, remove
all ooze counters from all creatures and draw
a card for each ooze counter removed.
