Containment Breach

Can be played from the graveyard or from exile
if it hasnt been played before. When Containment
Breach is drawn, or when it enters the graveyard
or exile for the first time, it must be played
immediately. Clash with all other players.
If you lose any, place all creatures you control
under the winning players control. If you win
all, place all creatures sacrificed this turn onto
the battlefield under your control, then add
2 +1/+1 counters for each player you beat on all
creatures you control.
