Contaminating Drift

At the beginning of your upkeep, put a dune
counter on target land an opponent controls.
Lands with dune counters on them are deserts in addition to their other types and their mana abilities cost an additional 1 life to activate.
When Contaminating Drift leaves the battlefield, remove all dune counters from all lands.
