Contemplate Self

If an opponent cast a spell this turn with
converted mana cost greater than the number of
lands they control, you may pay {2}{b}{b} rather
than pay Contemplate Self's mana cost.
Target opponent reveals their hand, then discards all cards with converted mana cost less than or equal to the converted mana cost of target spell that player controls. Then that player sacrifices all nonland permanents and exiles cards from their graveyard
the same way.
