Contested Library

Shuffle all undrafted cards from the cube into a face down pile. During your upkeep you may scry 1 the pile and scry 1 your library. If you do, you may draw a card from the pile, reveal it, and skip your draw step. During each opponent's upkeep they may pay {2} and do the same. Players may spend mana of any color to cast cards from the pile.
