Whenever a player casts a black-bordered spell that has been officially banned or restricted in at least one recognized format, you may gain control of that spell. If you do, that card's owner creates a number of Treasure tokens equal to that card's price in USD, rounded to the nearest whole dollar. (Treasure are Artifacts with "{t}, Sacrifice this Artifact: Add one many of any color.")
