Contract Negotiations

For each creature target opponent controls, that player pays any amount of mana, then you pay
any amount of mana. Whichever player paid
more for each creature gains control of it. If the amount is tied, the controller retains control of it.
Cast Contract Negotiations only during that opponent's upkeep.
