A flame seen in range, within 5-foot cube. Affect in 1 of the following ways 1. Expand it 5 feet in one direction, if fuel is present in that location. 2. Extinguish the flames in the cube. 3. Double or halve the area of bright light and dim light casted, change colour, or both, change lasts for 1 hour. 4.
