You can affect non-magical flame within range in
the following ways:
*Expand it 5FT in one direction, provided a
source of fuel is present in the new location
*Extinguish the flame
*Double/halve the light cast by the flame, change
its color, or both for up to 1 hour
*Cause simple shapes to appear within the flame
and animate for up to 1 hour
Can have up to 3 effects active at a time.
