Choose one (100 ft cube/effect):
- Part Water: Water in the area creates a trench.
- Flood: Water in the area rises by 20 ft, or create
a 20 ft wave that carries Huge objects.
- Redirect Flow: Water moves in a direction you
choose and flies over obstacles and objects.
- Whirlpool: Creatures within 25 ft of the vortex
are pulled 10 ft but can swim with an Athletics
check vs your DC, or take 2d8 bludgeoning
damage when it enters or starts it's turn inside
