Controlled Catalyst

(Requires attunement by a follower of Ephara)
A volatile & enchanted rod designed by Keranos,
then tempered with the more structured hand of
Ephara. Its usage is not perfectly predictable, but
the Gods balanced an explosive output of power
with enough safety measures to not injure the
wielder.
The main component of the rod is a thick glass
tube full of ever-bubbling liquid, with ports
along the top and bottom to allow steam to vent.
