For each land exiled this way, that player creates a colorless Zero-bit artifact token with "Sacrifice this artifact: Add {c}"
For each non-land permanent exiled this way, that player creates X 0/1 colorless One-bit artifact creature tokens, where X is the mana value that permanent.
