Convulsive Scan

As an additional cost to cast Convulsive
Scan, discard two cards unless you discard
a land card.
Scry 2, then draw a card and add {r}. (To
scry 2, look at the top two cards of your library.
You may put any number of them on the
bottom and the rest on top in any order.)
