Deal damage equal to the number of -1/-1
counters on the battlefield to target creature.
If that creature dies, deal the remaining damage
to its owner and every creature they control.
If your devotion to black is greater than that to
red, Sacrifice a creature with a -1/-1 counter on it.
if you do, repeat the process.
If your devotion to red is greater, target every
creature instead.
