•Deal excess combat damage to the defending player or planeswalker if it tackles over a blocked creature.
•Whenever Cooper the Pooper enters the battlefield or attacks, each opponent discards a card.
•Whenever an opponent’s creature attacks you or a planeswalker you control, you may tap Cooper the Pooper. If you do, return target creature you control to its owner’s hand.
