At the beginning of your end step, each player
creates a 0/1 colourless Toy artifact creature
token with "{t}: Add one mana of any colour."
At the beginning of each opponent's attack step,
if that player controls a toy, you choose which
creatures attack this turn and which player they
attack.
Only living beings can planeswalk, but I've never seen
that... thing show any sign of emotion.
