Copying Ooze

Copying Ooze enters the battlefield as a copy of
target creature an opponent controls. Copying
Ooze also enters with the same amount of
counters on it as the targeted creature.
When Copying Ooze dies, you may exile it, and if
you do create two token copies of target
creature an opponent controls. Those tokens
enter the battlefield with the same amount of
counters on them as the targeted creature.
