exile it with a lost counter counter on it, cards
with lost counters have vanishing 2.
You may cast spells with lost counters on them
by paying life equal to its converted mana cost in addition to paying its other costs.
Remove two soul counters from cards in exile: Cornelius, Patron of the Lost phases out.
