Whenever you discard a card, each opponent
exiles the top card of his or her library.
During your draw phase, draw 3 additional cards. Target opponent choses one card in your hand at random. Reveal that card. Until end of turn, you
may play that card without paying its casting cost.
At the end of your turn, discard your hand.
Some only dream of having the power to manipulate
planes. Others will do anything to obtain it.
