Corporate Buyout

As Corporate Buyout enters the battlefield, you
lose life equal to your life total. Players do not
lose the game for having 0 or less life. Whenever
a player is dealt damage, they sacrifice that many Treasure tokens. If they can't, they lose the game.
Change a spell on the stack's name to
reference a non-MtG IP: That spell gains Sellout.
(When this spell resolves, any player may concede
the game. If no player does, create a Treasure token.)
Any player may use this ability.
