Corpus Callosotomy

Enchant target player.
When Corpus Callosotomy comes into play, look at the hand of the player whom it enchants and separate it into two piles. Exile
one and return the other one. At the end of their draw step, that player exchanges the
cards in their hand with all cards exiled by Corpus Callosotomy.
