Corrupted Assault Mech

Whenever Corrupted Assault Mech deals combat damage to a player, you may but a blood counter
on target artifact that player controls. (An artifact
with a blood counter on it can't block and its abilities
can't be activated.)
Testing has revealed that the blood of Fledision has
many properties, but most interesting is its ability to
either turn off or control technology.
