When Corrupted Grounds enters the battlefield, attach it to target land opponent controls.
Enchanted land can tap for {b}.
At the beginning of opponent's upkeep. Corrupted Grounds puts a -1 / -1 counter on each creature opponent controls.
If opponent controls no creatures, sacrifice Corrupted Grounds.
