For each {u} Land card in play by
opponent put a Black Ship Artifact Token
on the battlefield with {x}/{x} counter tokens
on it. Artifact becomes Vehicle and crew by
Corsairs of Umbar only. {x} is equal to opponents
number of {u} lands cards played.
If un-dead on Battlefield put a -2/-2 on the
Black Ship Artifact Token.
