Cosmic alteration

Exile target permanent. That permanents
controller reveals the top card of their library. If
it is a spell, they may cast it without paying its
mana cost. If its a land, they may put it onto the
battlefield. That player then shuffles the exiled
card into their library.

each spell you've cast or copied this turn that
doesn't have the same name as this card)
