Cosmic Atrophy

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, put a -1/-1 counter on each creature on the battlefield. Put an entropy counter on Cosmic Atrophy.
Sacrifice Cosmic Atrophy: Remove all -1/-1 counters from all permanents. Each player discards cards equal to the number of entropy counters removed from Cosmic Atrophy.
