Cosmic Convergence

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that
player may pay {3}. If that player does not, if
tapped for mana, Plains produce {r}, Islands
produce {g}, Swamps produce {w}, Mountains
produce {u}, and Forests produce {b} instead of
any other type until end of turn.
