Whenever you draw a card choose one-
* Gain 3 life
* Concil of the Istari deals 3 damage to target
creature.
* Target creature you control gains +1/+1 until
end of turn.
* Shuffle a card in your graveyard into your
library.
* Look at a card at random in target player's
hand.
